課程概述 |
In this course, both industry-wide interaction and the legal environment will be fully examined. As the world in which we stay is an integrated one, theoretic points will be frequently contrasted with empirical evidence. Through this effort, students will better understand theoretical implication and limits in daily business. |

課程目標 |
We organize this course along the line of better analytic ability and higher relevancy to business reality. Policy details as well as theoretical implication will be addressed along with nice examples out of the world. Thus, students should be able to solve potential business problems with necessary depth and width later on. |

課程要求 |
After taking this course, you should be able to make specific prediction in complex situation and make proposals to solve interesting issues. Be ready to contrast our lessons to findings in relevant fields, such as legal studies, public policy, marketing, and organizational behavior.
